PAID · FIXED FEEOnce you're happy with the direction, our designer produces the full design pack: architectural drawings, sections, material specs, planting schedule, lighting plan, and a final photoreal render of exactly what we'll build. This is a fixed one-off fee, agreed in writing before any drawing starts.
PAID · FIXED CONTRACTOnce the drawings are signed off, we deliver a fixed-price build contract. Construction is delivered by our vetted network of specialist trades — pool builders, landscapers, joiners, electricians — coordinated by one Virento project manager. Weekly photo reports. Permits and community NOC handled. Typical build: 6 to 14 weeks.
