Four steps from photo to handover. The first two carry no fee — the AI concept, then a site review. Virento is pre-launch, so the design pack and the build are not being contracted yet; when they are, each fee is agreed in writing up front.
FREEUpload one phone photo of your yard at /reimagine. Pick a style, a pool shape, ground material, plants and any features. Our AI returns two concept visualisations on screen, usually in under a minute after you press generate — one matches your spec, one is our pick. Download and keep both — no commitment.
NO FEEYou like the direction — we review the brief, photos, access and approval requirements before confirming site-visit timing. When we visit, we measure the plot, photograph every angle, and talk through how your family actually uses outside. We agree on direction, scope and rough budget in person. Still no fee at this stage.
PAID · FIXED FEEOnce you’re happy with the direction, a designer produces the full design pack: architectural drawings, sections, material specs, planting schedule, lighting plan, and a final render of the agreed design. This is intended to be a fixed one-off fee, agreed in writing before any drawing starts.
PAID · BY CONTRACTOnce the drawings are signed off, the work would go to contract. The intended model is specialist trades — pool builders, planting crews, joiners, electricians — coordinated by one Virento project manager, with permits and community NOCs addressed in the agreed scope. Virento is pre-launch and has not yet run a build, so no programme or contract terms are published here.
