When we visit, we measure the plot, photograph every angle, and talk through how your family actually uses outside. We agree on direction, scope and rough budget in person. Still no fee at this stage.
PAID · FIXED FEEOnce you’re happy with the direction, our designer produces the full design pack: architectural drawings, sections, material specs, planting schedule, lighting plan, and a final photoreal render of exactly what we’ll build. This is a fixed one-off fee, agreed in writing before any drawing starts.
PAID · FIXED CONTRACTOnce the drawings are signed off, we deliver a fixed-price build contract. Construction is delivered by our vetted network of specialist trades — pool builders, planting crews, joiners, electricians — coordinated by one Virento project manager. Weekly photo reports. Permits and community NOC handled. Typical build: 4 to 14 weeks.
